Singapore Seasoning Sticky Pork & Pineapple Skewers
Singapore Seasoning Sticky Pork and Pineapple Skewers are sweet, savoury and made for relaxed sharing. Caramelised pork and juicy pineapple cook quickly under the grill or on the barbecue.
Made with our Singapore Seasoning, it is an easy way to add fragrant Asian-inspired flavour to everyday cooking.
🥣 Ingredients
- 600g pork loin, cut into chunks
- 250g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp Singapore Seasoning
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 wooden or metal skewers
- Coconut rice and cucumber salad, to serve
🍳 Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes.
- Mix the Singapore Seasoning, soy sauce, honey, lime juice and oil. Toss with the pork and leave for 15 minutes.
- Thread the pork and pineapple alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill or barbecue for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly, until the pork is cooked through and caramelised.
- Serve with coconut rice, cucumber salad and lime wedges.

Serve with coconut rice, noodles or inside warm flatbreads. They also make a colourful addition to a barbecue spread.
