Ordering & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £4.99.

Spend £35 or more and you'll receive FREE delivery on your order. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your qualifying order reaches £35.

How quickly will my order be sent?

We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service, so you can keep an eye on your order once it's on its way.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please email hello@spiceanddipity.co.uk with your order details and we'll be happy to investigate.

Where are your spice blends made?

Our spice blends and seasonings are hand-blended in Cornwall in small batches.

Are your spice blends suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. All Spice & Dipity spice blends are plant-based and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. 🌱

How much seasoning should I use?

It depends on the blend and what you're cooking. Our product descriptions and recipes include serving ideas and suggested quantities to help you get started.

One of the joys of cooking with spices is making a dish your own, so you can always adjust the amount to suit your taste.

How should I store my spices?

For the best flavour, keep your spices and seasonings tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Do your products contain allergens?

Ingredients and relevant allergen information are provided on individual product packaging and product pages where applicable.

If you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, please check the information for the individual product carefully before purchasing or consuming it.

Do you sell spice gift sets?

Yes! We have a selection of Spice & Dipity gift boxes and spice collections, featuring flavours and cuisines from around the world.

They're ideal for food lovers, keen cooks, birthdays, Christmas, thank-you gifts or simply treating someone who loves experimenting in the kitchen.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an order if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible products.

Food and spice products must remain unopened, sealed and in their original condition for a change-of-mind return.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@spiceanddipity.co.uk.

If something has arrived damaged or faulty, we've sent you the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, we'll work with you to put it right.

Where we've made a mistake or there's a problem with the goods, Spice & Dipity will cover the appropriate return costs.
