Singapore Seasoning Prawn & Coconut Noodle Soup

Singapore Seasoning prawn and coconut noodle soup with pak choi, mushrooms, bean sprouts, coriander, chilli and lime.

This Singapore Seasoning Prawn and Coconut Noodle Soup is creamy, fragrant and surprisingly speedy. Juicy prawns, vegetables and noodles simmer in a golden coconut broth finished with fresh lime.

Made with our Singapore Seasoning, it is an easy way to add fragrant Asian-inspired flavour to everyday cooking.

🥣 Ingredients

  • 350g raw king prawns
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 1½ tbsp Singapore Seasoning
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 600ml vegetable or fish stock
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 pak choi, chopped
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander and sliced chilli, to serve

🍳 Instructions

  1. Place the coconut milk, stock and Singapore Seasoning in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles and pak choi, following the noodle packet timing.
  4. Stir in the prawns and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  5. Add the bean sprouts, fish sauce or soy sauce and lime juice. Serve with coriander and chilli.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions

Add extra bean sprouts, herbs or a soft-boiled egg. Serve immediately so the noodles retain their texture.
