Singapore Seasoning Prawn & Coconut Noodle Soup
This Singapore Seasoning Prawn and Coconut Noodle Soup is creamy, fragrant and surprisingly speedy. Juicy prawns, vegetables and noodles simmer in a golden coconut broth finished with fresh lime.
Made with our Singapore Seasoning, it is an easy way to add fragrant Asian-inspired flavour to everyday cooking.
🥣 Ingredients
- 350g raw king prawns
- 200g rice noodles
- 1½ tbsp Singapore Seasoning
- 400ml coconut milk
- 600ml vegetable or fish stock
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 pak choi, chopped
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh coriander and sliced chilli, to serve
🍳 Instructions
- Place the coconut milk, stock and Singapore Seasoning in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the noodles and pak choi, following the noodle packet timing.
- Stir in the prawns and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Add the bean sprouts, fish sauce or soy sauce and lime juice. Serve with coriander and chilli.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions
Add extra bean sprouts, herbs or a soft-boiled egg. Serve immediately so the noodles retain their texture.
