Braai Lamb Chops with Mint Yoghurt

Charred Braai-spiced lamb chops served with cooling mint and cucumber yoghurt, lemon wedges and fresh mint.

Braai Lamb Chops with Mint Yoghurt are quick to prepare and full of smoky, fiery flavour. The cooling yoghurt sauce makes them equally good for a relaxed barbecue or a speedy griddle-pan dinner. The flavour comes from our Braai South African Hot Spice.
