🍳 How to Make Tikka Masala Loaded Naan Flatbreads

  1. Mix the yoghurt, Tikka Masala, lemon juice and salt. Add the chicken, coat thoroughly and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill to high. Spread the chicken across a lined tray and grill for 10–12 minutes, turning once, until cooked through with lightly charred edges.
  3. Warm the naan according to the packet instructions until soft with lightly crisp edges.
  4. Place each naan on a plate or board. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomato and red onion.
  5. Top with the hot tikka chicken, drizzle lightly with yoghurt and scatter with coriander.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and mango chutney, if using.

🍽 Serving Suggestions

Serve with extra salad, spiced potato wedges or the Tikka Masala cauliflower and chickpea traybake. For smaller appetites, cut each loaded naan into pieces and serve as a sharing platter.

✨ Why This Recipe Works

Chicken thighs stay juicy beneath a hot grill, while the yoghurt helps the spice blend form a flavourful coating. Crisp salad and cool yoghurt balance the warm chicken, and naan catches all the delicious juices.

💡 Easy Variations

Swap the chicken for cooked paneer, roasted cauliflower or leftover traybake vegetables. Add sliced cucumber or pickled red onion for extra freshness.
