Thai Stir-Fry Spice Pork & Green Beans

Thai Stir-Fry Spice pork and green beans with red chilli, garlic, basil and jasmine rice.

Thai Stir-Fry Spice Pork and Green Beans is deeply savoury, wonderfully quick and made for spooning over steamed rice. Minced pork browns around the edges while the beans stay crisp and fresh basil lifts the finished dish.

Made with our Thai Stir-Fry Spice, it brings aromatic flavour to quick everyday meals without needing a cupboard full of separate seasonings.

🥣 Ingredients

  • 500g pork mince
  • 300g fine green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tsp Thai Stir-Fry Spice
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or extra soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Large handful fresh basil
  • Jasmine rice, to serve

🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, fish sauce, honey and water in a small bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it up, until browned.
  3. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 4 minutes so they soften slightly but retain some bite.
  4. Add the garlic, chilli and Thai Stir-Fry Spice. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the sauce and toss for 2 minutes until the pork and beans are glossy.
  6. Remove from the heat, fold through the basil and serve with jasmine rice.
