Thai Stir-Fry Spice Crispy Tofu & Vegetables
Thai Stir-Fry Spice Crispy Tofu and Vegetables is a colourful meat-free dinner with golden tofu, crunchy vegetables and a glossy aromatic sauce. It is filling, flexible and ideal for clearing out the vegetable drawer.
Made with our Thai Stir-Fry Spice, it brings aromatic flavour to quick everyday meals without needing a cupboard full of separate seasonings.
🥣 Ingredients
- 450g firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tsp Thai Stir-Fry Spice
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 150g broccoli florets
- 100g baby corn, halved
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Rice, coriander and sesame seeds, to serve
🍳 Instructions
- Pat the tofu dry. Toss it with the cornflour and half the Thai Stir-Fry Spice.
- Heat half the oil in a wok and fry the tofu for 6–8 minutes, turning until crisp and golden. Remove from the pan.
- Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the pepper, broccoli, baby corn and sugar snap peas for 5 minutes.
- Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice and remaining seasoning.
- Return the tofu to the wok, pour over the sauce and toss for 1–2 minutes until everything is coated.
- Serve with rice, coriander, sesame seeds and lime.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions
Serve with jasmine rice or noodles. Add edamame, mushrooms or shredded cabbage depending on what you have available.
