- 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges

- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Mint yoghurt, lemon and rice salad, to serve
🔪 Method
- Mix the yoghurt, Tandoori Masala, lemon juice and oil.
- Gently coat the salmon and leave for 15 minutes.
- Thread the salmon, pepper and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Cook under a hot grill or on a barbecue for 10–12 minutes, turning carefully, until lightly charred and just cooked.
- Serve immediately with mint yoghurt, lemon and rice salad.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
- Tuck the skewers into warm flatbreads.
- Add a crunchy cucumber and tomato salad.
💛 Why It Works
Salmon’s richness suits the warm, tangy seasoning, while the yoghurt protects the fish over high heat.
🍳 Cook’s Tip
Use two parallel skewers if the salmon pieces turn when you try to flip them.
