Tandoori Paneer Flatbreads
Golden paneer, crisp salad and cooling mint yoghurt make these warm flatbreads satisfying, colourful and wonderfully easy.

Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: 12 minutes | Serves: 4
🧂 Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 120g natural yoghurt
- 1½ tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 flatbreads
- Shredded lettuce, cucumber and mint yoghurt, to serve
🔪 Method
- Mix the yoghurt, Tandoori Masala and lemon juice, then fold in the paneer.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the paneer for 6–7 minutes until golden. Remove to a plate.
- Add the pepper and onion and cook for 4 minutes, keeping a little bite.
- Warm the flatbreads following the packet instructions.
- Fill with lettuce, cucumber, vegetables and paneer, then spoon over mint yoghurt.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
- Add mango chutney for fruity sweetness.
- Serve the fillings separately for everyone to build their own.
