🍳 How to Make Smoky Ranch Beef Kebabs
- Mix the Mexican Ranch Rub, oil, lime juice and salt. Add the beef and coat thoroughly, then chill for 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water. Thread the beef, peppers and onion onto eight skewers without packing them too tightly.
- Heat a barbecue, grill or griddle pan until hot.
- Cook the kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly, until browned outside and cooked to your liking.
- Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
🥗 Serving Suggestions
Serve with seasoned rice, warm flatbreads, corn salad or cooling yoghurt. Slide the meat and vegetables from the skewers before serving to children.
✨ Why This Recipe Works
Evenly sized pieces cook at the same rate, while leaving small gaps lets hot air reach every side. A short rest keeps the beef juicy.
