Our handcrafted blend brings the perfect balance of cinnamon, ginger and clove, turning everyday ingredients into something sweet, nostalgic and utterly delicious. Ideal for family brunch, breakfast in bed or a well-deserved indulgence.
🧾 Ingredients
- 4 thick slices brioche or sourdough
- 2 large eggs
- 120ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tsp Apple Pie Spice Blend
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter, for frying
- Maple syrup, fresh berries or banana, to serve
🍳 Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla and Apple Pie Spice Blend in a bowl until smooth.
- Dip each bread slice into the mixture, letting it soak for 5–10 seconds per side.
- Melt a knob of butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook each slice for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp outside and fluffy inside.
- Repeat with the remaining slices, adding more butter as needed.
